  • How do I set up the Lify machine?

    Space: A space ofL40 x W40 x H30 cm is recommended for the machine and discsWater:

    Drinkable water at room temperature

    Power: 1 wall power outlet to plug in the Lify machine

    One cup of drink is brewed with one single herbal disc

  • How do I maintain the Lify machine?

    Clear the machine's waste drawer frequently and prevent the used discs from piling up at least once a day

    Rinse the waste drawer and front cup plate once a day

    Press the brew button without disc to dispense water once a week

  • Repair, replacement and support

    First contact us for instant help and instruction or email us at support@lifywellness.com

    If a machine replacement is required, we will deliver a replacement machine within 3 business days

  • General Warranty T&C

    Lify Wellness has an option to provide repair service and  to the product, for which is under 1-year warranty period (warranty period is commenced from the date of delivery and normal use). The estimated repair service period is 7-14 working days. Upon confirmation of the repair service request, Lify Wellness has an option to loan a temporary machine that will be delivered to the business client within 2-3 business days during the repair service period.

    This warranty does not cover:

    Any damage or loss caused by man-made, misuse, abuse, neglect, excessive erosion or rust, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, accidents, natural disasters, or other events beyond Company’s control.

    Product use for any purpose other than the original designed.

    Logistics arrangement:

    All repairs, temporary machines loan and machine replacement are free of charge for products within warranty period, including all occurring shipping costs.
